Hi, I switch to Verizon Fios and I found out their filters block PSM E-mails a spam. Any idea how to bypass this without contacting them I have a feeling it might be useless. The filters are in their servers I have no control or settings as a user. Thanks Anatoly

Which emails, from us or PSM email alerts? You probably have to contact them and figure out why they are filtering the emails.

From PSM email alerts somehow there server think i'm a spanner .....

We don't do anything special with the alert emails that get sent out. Ask them what we would need to do (such as adding special headers) to get past their filter.
