Each conversation followed a similar pattern. </p> <p>"I wish the software would do X"</p> <p> "Oh, it already does. Just go here and click ...."</p> <p>What we've realized is that we have to do a much better job of communicating everything the software supports and more importantly how to use all of these features in combination to achieve investing goals.
