Use this form to:

  1. Mail-in an Order
  2. Fax-in an Order
for Personal Stock Monitor Standard or Personal Stock Monitor GOLD.

Mail-in orders may take up to ten business days to process from the date of receipt; fax orders are usually processed within two business days; online orders that go through our Secure Online Order Form are usually processed within one business day. So if you need it in a hurry, please purchase your license online.

Instructions for this form

To Pay by Check or Money Order:

  1. Fill out the form form below making sure you double check that your email address is correct.
  2. Print it out by pressing the PRINT button in your browser.
  3. Enclose the form and a check or a money order made out to "DTLink Software".

Please allow two weeks for us to receive and process your order. You will receive your license key via email at the address you provided on the form. If you do not receive your license key within two weeks of sending in your order please Contact Us.

In the meantime make sure you have the software by downloading it from our Downloads Page.

To FAX in a Credit Card Order:

  1. Fill the form out making sure that your email address is correct.

  3. Print it out by pressing the PRINT button in your browser.
