The most common issue with support requests is that many do not include all relevant information. We are dedicated to quality customer support, but we would like to minimize the time necessary to gather the required information. Please take the time to fill out the form below as completely as possible, because including all of the requested information will allow us to get to work on solving your problem as quickly as possible.

If you are having trouble retrieving quotes, please tell us what the symptoms are, and which quotes you are trying to retrieve, and which quote servers you are using. If you are reporting a crash, please include the exact address of the crash, and any events surrounding the crash that would help reproduce it. If you are having trouble with a quote server, or data retrieved from a specific quote server, please enter the name of the quote server you are using.

ARE YOU GETTING OUR EMAIL?
We have found that many mail services, particularly Yahoo Mail, routinely misclassify our emails as junk mail. If you are not receiving replies from us, please check your junk mail folder for the lost replies before contacting us. This applies to license keys, company newsletters, and support responses.

We are currently experiencing problems with getting quotes for many tickers from Yahoo, resulting in tickers with questions marks next to them. This is a Yahoo server issue and has already been reported to them. When they fix it, it will update automatically in PSM. Thank you for your patience.
